i have buy new rocker external tp how to use it for unlock motorola k1s please help

1. conect phone to usb pwr on,(batery full)
2.select model.
3. phone info.
4. unlock.
5. select com port with emulate exta test point( rocker)
6. what for mensage.
7. desambly lcd, pcb.
8. use test point. click next...
9. wait for mensage.
10. unplug cable, conect phone normal with usb and full batery.
11. pulse pwr on.
12. click next.
13. phone unlock...........
