You can Try another situation.
Check the usb connection type, make sure it is not
as mass storage device See in Phone Settings (Menu)
Using combo cable e210, selecting the usb conection
mode as pc studio and entering in the phone
*#726872# once you can get the menu working.
You can Try this.If phone is in mass Storage (You
Need put card open phone and see in menu) I think
have problems with Port Com.
Try this if another Solution don't Solve Problem.

try unlock with lasted Samsung Rocker and post results

here the stand alone solution

Friend, listen to me very carefully, I unlocked a lot of Samsung A737 and A736 (same thing)...so listen to me.

First you have to do is try to enter in the phone. DO NOT TRY WITH ANY TEST CARD so it does not work in Samsung phones with QUALCOMM chipsets, so you have to enter in the phone with original SIM CARD, of course, same provider, eg: AT&T Sim card, Roger sim card....etc.......


Later when you enter in phone enter in Conection and select PC Studio.....so....UNMARK USB MASS STORAGE....select PC studio....

I hope you have installed all Samsung Drivers (PC studio in support)......


OK now you have to use ONLY version of Samsung Rocker v1.24.1 (this is the best version and more stable of all)....last version .32 have some bugs in these models (A737, A736) never unlock any of these phones.....


Be sure you have the phone in QUALCOMM mode, to be sure....press this keys:

* Power on the phone and activate "QUALCOM" USB Mode - type *#782872# and confirm.


So, always USE qualcomm cable.... E210 RJ45+USB


So, try and try about 3 times and you will see you calculate fine this phone....

So, I wish you luck and you will see everything will be fine.....so...it is very important try to enter in phone to change MASS Storage for PC Studio ok?

Friend!This phone is not easy to unlock. Have anothers tools
support this phone but not all is by direct unlock.The tool you
have used I think now support direct unlock now,about one
Month only by patch can Unlock this model.In next Samsung
Update I think this is Solved in Rocker Samsung.
