problem with samsung rocker

    problem with samsung rocker

    hi i have inserted samsung a411 into usb slot of the pc and try to connect it to samsung rocker to unlock it...and my samsung rocker seems to have problem connecting ...i tried uninstall and reinstall the samsung usb driver..please advice how to fix this problem? sometimes it does connect the samsung a411 and showing the imei number, model, chipset and etc but after calculating and it shows "There is No A411 on selected Port"...another problem is i could not select the com ports as it is fixed and default with com3 so i assume that samsung rocker will select it itself.

      update after uninstall and reinstall samsung pc studio and qualcom drivers
      still couldnt unlock

            hi i am using the usb cable which comes with the phone itself.
            also i have tried to do what u have mentioned..and it still the same

              Friend!In device Manager,uninstall Rim Ports.Select in Program
              Port Com 7.Wath is the cable you have?You need D800 USB Data
              cable for this model.Phone On and try again.Put code in phone
              before unlock,Remove battery and put again,after connet cable

                i have deleted the rim...and done what u have told me..i used rj45 D800 cable...GPG-026..and it shows as below...

                  and not RJ 45 Cable. I tell you this many times. You

                    hi i were using the usb data cable which come with the phone except the last time

                      nedd download and install this program:TEAMVIEWER
                      I just bought a 2002 renault clio but I was not given cassette radio code. - Unlock Forum - RIFF Box support forum
                      Put here your msn contact, open program and send me
                      ID and Passwor by MSN.I try see wath is problem.

                              the unlock code is not working...when entered without sim card it shows restarting the phone and when entered with sim card...it's seems invalid
