But everytime, when i put SMART TP V1 or. V2.0 in RJ-45 Jacket Motorocker closes hisself?

Friend!You have any Software in Conlit.
Drivers,Etc Check Divice Manager, clean
Drivers is not in use.

Friend!You have anything connect to any HUB?If you have,
remove and connect only to USB Computer Port. Usually
when a Program close if I motivate is because there is some
conflict in the Computer.
Shutdown to the Computer and to try again.

Just 8 different boxes on one PC.

Try remove drivers from Device Manager.
all is not in use Remove.See Pictures. Ex:

Yes yes, but on the Notebook is no box installed - only Rocker dongle - and there is now this problem with the Jump Command failed.
Restore is OK - but i can't prepare the phone...

Make this steps:
1. Select your phone model in the models list;
2. Power ON your phone or put it to Flash Mode manually;
3. Connect ExTestpoint cable to PC;
3. Press UNLOCK button;
4. In ExTestpoint Wizard please select 'This is a new phone'
5. In ExTestpoint Wizard choose UART port number to which
the ExTestpoint is connected;
6. Click CONTINUE. Software will start Prepare stage.

firmeware: R261171RK_U_99.41.08RT

Use latest MotoRocker version then Select Motorola
V3xx and R261171RK finally press "Unlock" button
and follow the software instructions at the letter.
