Samsung v1.09 and ODM Rocker v1.08 don't open....just WHY? Are they broken or out of

Hello people, I am in troubles with the Samsung Rocker v1.09, all necesary data to explain me are below.

The point is that I downloaded Samsung Rocker v1.09 from Link support recently, and when I try to run it or open using a click nothing happens, I mean, nothing appears on screen, even a little window or an error...nothing.... why?

Same happens with ODM Rocker v1.08...I will try downloading last version (ODM Rocker 1.21)...later will tell you, maybe is the same problem as the Samsung Rocker v1.09 (this is the last one of Samsung).


When I try to open ODM and Samsung Rocker I close all this:

kaspersky Antivirus
Firewall always is desactivated


I HAVE INSTALLED WINDOWS XP with SP2, system date updated, I just have only a smartcard installed, and all drivers installed OK for Rocker Dongle.

My Motorocker v2.10 open perfectly...later I will updated to 2.15 version.


I DON'T HAVE SERIAL PORT (RS232)....Could be this thing the cause of this trouble?

Please....please...I help me.....

NOTHING DO, NOTHING APPEARS...NO WINDOW...NO ERROR....JUST NOTHING!!!!....

My question is simple: Why?
