Work very well.
1 - Use prolific 2303 cable.
2 - After write the boot to phone (phone frezze) you must to flash.
3 - Conect with rocker using Prolific 2303 cable and without battery.
4 - Select C139 and push conect, now insert battery.
5 - You can flash now and then unlock.
Tested.....
Remember (Prolific 2303 cable)
Tested with ODM Rocker 1.18 and flashed with firmware 1.0.0.6 from Movistar.

Didn't work for me. I use regular T191 COM cable and I selected trace on but the phone won't connect.

just want to confirm that this procedure worked very well on ODM Rocker 1.23b however i used full flash "retail"
