E801.... power on and power off

I have a Alcatel E801 ... I'm unlocked with the Rocker dongle... but now the phone power off and power on.... is there some solution ???? the phone don't power off without sim card... but with sim card the phone power off and power on..... please MR. legija can you help me ?? how can I fix it ???
