When I trying open software I get info : "Card not found" other software works OK.

l got also the same message as i used prolific based cable for t250.
Endly i used a High-Speed Mini USB Universal Box
(USB-->RS232 Schaltung) and it was perfect(phone unlock in less than 10seconds).

Enjoy using rocker with suitable cables!!!!
