i cant use my dongle upgrade..help!!

hi, i bougth the dongle upgrade for my old ultima box,but it is not working.
i am really dont know how set up the upgrade....i just install the dongle drivers ,i open the software(i dont use the box just the dongle)and when i tried unlock a message appear in the botton "re-new the licenced is required" so i opened the dongle client 1.2 and i tried re-new the licenced and i cant.....any help???t

Rocker Dongle Don't work

Friend!I Think you need re-new your Licence.
If you buy Rocker Dongle about two years you
need contact your Reseller.
