n00b help? Rocker Dongle/box?

Rocker Dongle

Hello, I got my rocker box in today and I'm setting it up. I installed drivers, but when I plug it it, it says it cannot find the right file. I have the red rocker box (full pack). What are detailed instructions on how to do it. I found another thread with some instructions, but those didnt work. Is it different setting up than a rocker dongle?

No friend! This is the best pack.
Only have different in Driver.
This Box need Rocker Box FTDI Driver
Or JCOP 41 Smart Card driver.
Go to Rocker dongle and read all about
instalation.

BECKER BE 7953 - Indianapolis Pro - KEY - Unlock Forum - RIFF Box support forum
Open Rockersupport and see if you have access to Rocker Support.
If Rocker is Instaled Ok, try put in another UBS Port.

Friend! You have Windows Vista.
I work in Phones and one day put
Vista in one Computer and many
Boxs don't work.
The Software Boxs is 16 or 32 Bits, not 64
In Win Vista the Box's don't work faster
that in Windows XP.
I prefer Xp because is very stable and there is
Drives for all Box's.
I didn't see Box that you have but you have any problem
In the Driver.
Already a member happened not to get drivers
For Box.
Tries to install that I finish driver with the opccao of
Administrating. Following it is going to the Device manager
And makes the update to the Driver.
In case question doesn't work to your Reseller that
Driver has to install.

Hello. I tried it on my XP laptop, and it works fine. I do beleive it is activated because I have access to downlaods and can do repairs. I just repaired a v3!

Nevermind, I do not think it is activated. I can't access turbo support and I cant use IMEI rocker

Friend! Windows Vista doesn't let to install some software
He has a lot of protections, that is the problem of the Vista
You see when i try install drivers.

But if you access t Support I think Is Ok.

I do not think it is activated. If I run one of the programs on the downlaod support web site, it will find my box and it will give me the box SN, but some programs say it cannot find the card. I sent an e-mail to my reseller asking how do I activate it.
