w37X connection problems

hello,

ive been having a lot of difficulty getting rocker dongle odm software to connect with W37X to flash especially W377.

it usually says Sending Boot, and then Bootloading Error.

any ideas? i tried using regular com cable and also reduced latency settings for rocker dongle com port and tried connecting at different baud rates.

ODM_Rocker_v1.18 and Prolific2303 cable based is the best option.
Tested with alcatel, motorola odm and calypso lite.

but with v1.18 all is fine on normal com, prolific com and ftdi com.

Connection problem

I have 5 w375's with connection issues. I have unlocked and flashed 2. The other 5 just keep giving communication errors. There is no correct sequence that is causing the issues.

Similar problem with w370

First of all my computer could not find the correct driver when I plugged the w370 into my computer. I manually installed a motorola diagnostic port driver for it. I'm not sure if that was correct. But ODM doesnt even recognize the phone at all. I am trying to flash to w377 so I can unlock it. I have searched for the past couple hours and it seems no one else is having this problem. The phone says charging. I'm no unlocking rookie so this is especially frustrating.

One of our customers has got following error when unlocking Motorola W375 using software version 1.18, 1.22 and 1.23:
