how and where, do I find this files?

Please wait wу will check. usually _T10 LP contain russian LP. as i remember somethere has sticked topic with LP languages description.

in support there are A1, A5, A2, CQ, BT, BQ & someother... and sticky LP list is incomplete.

Try this file from support page AP00461.0041.K2.LP_W270_0041_A06.FLEX_W270_A3_00I. m0.ubf directory W270.
after you add it to flash list, add also LP from W270/LangPacks directory: MOTOROLA_H38S_0_0_41_0031_014_LP.ubf
then check Flash button and press do job. After this connect phone without battery to MiniUSB and then install batt.
If phone after power on goes locked - just make unlock with software . Software present in ODMRocker 2.06 thread look last exe posted by me.

Great, got another one today.
The flash is chinese, but got the russian language working 100%
after flash phone did not boot, so I just unlocked it again and it worked.

bee carefull about signature key inside of phone! some peoples kill phone then flash ( without check phone signature key before flashing) with different key of firmware. mainly this related to sample phones with developer K1 firmware. usual phones has K2,K3 and K5 fw signature. if you by mistake flash phone with original K3 FW with K2(most known) fw - phone will die and will not power on until you not reflash K3 firmware. some special keys not present at our support and even at official motorola support. so please always before flashing enter at phone #02#( if i not mistake with code) and look FW signature key number. this can save your money and time. so if you will see what fw has K5 signature NEVER try to flash it with K2 or K1 or K3 or any other flash! you always got same result- phone goes dead.

for example - in your log you flash AP00461.0041.K2.LP_W270_0041_A06.FLEX_W270_A3_00I. m0.ubf file this is AP00461.0041.K2 fw name and as you see K2 mean what you has phone with Key2 firmware.
