Need to buy the small PCB board that came with my RIFF Box

Does anyone know where I can buy that small PCB board that came with the RIFF Box. You know the one you soldered the 20 pin cable to on one side, and soldered your 8 wires for the JTAG on the other. My soldering skillz suck (atm) and I would like to try again. Or can someone recommend an good non conductive epoxy that I could spread over the 20 pin side to keep wire movement to a minimum.
