My Riff lights two leds simultaneously. How to fix this error?

It is not a error, go to the "Box Service tab", "Advanced settings", disable the two options "enable 4.2v ... and enable 5.0v ...". then go to the "jtag read / write" tab and press the "connect & get id" button ... Done
