Riff Box Request access to full riffbox hardware

Hi guys,
Since I bought Riffbox I noticed some features that are not yet accessible for users, e.g UART serial port, Smartcard reader.
Does anynone know how to communicate with a device using the RJ45 serial port ?.
I don't know but I think the riff team needs to release a plugin for this to work.This is my first ever box and I like it alot, I hope I won't have to buy ftdi or another box to use the serial port.

You just read the small piece of paper with the outline of the RJ45 port, or more easy start using the F.A.Q. Here:

I've looked everywhere!!

Thanks for your response but I have searched online on how to use RIFFJTAG UART port but I have come across none, if u know of any please hint me.
Also I figure the "firmware update" needs some bugfix or I would suggest they make the 'Jtag manager" to first check on the current box firmware version prior to updating it, and should not update if firmware is already uptodate.
Sorry am also a programmer and somethings can be annoying.
