you first read the error message contained in the repair tab in short packages
u can read its :

[0x77] - OPERATING_CONDITIONS_TIMEOUT: the card failed to enter operational state after reset (the BUSY flag in OCR register is never set) and OCR register never leaves the 0x00FF8000 state. This can happen when eMMC card is damaged or has problems with internal firmware. Forcing Bootmode via Testpoint for Samsung eMMC chips and Update Firmware may solve this problem.

whether it be rechecked vccio eksternal ..
and pull up resistor 100 OMH to cmd and dato .....
I think that it is ok according to you .....
suggestions for repair via TP was nice .....
