      Firmware Update Issues

      Running Beta 4, I am trying to update to the new firmware version.
      Is anyone else having issues?

      Open serial port...OK
      Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK

      Getting RIFF Box Info...OK
      RIFF Box Firmware Version: RECOVERY

      Connecting to the Updates Server...OK
      Downloading new Firmware from Server...OK

      Setting Update Mode...ERROR
      ERROR: No response from the RIFF Box.


      Any help would be appreciated!

      Please disregard...I was able to update the firmware.

        the new version "4 beta" works good. do "firmware update" == "I mean firmware of the box " and your problem will be solved, otherwise please start a new thread I'm sure the team will help you as soon as possible
