news, write back my readed files and device is alive, but viruses inside again. Hard Reset not helped, help me write z3x readed fullflash, wich adress and what partition write.
News #2, i write z3x dump as 2Gb user area partition but it stuck samsung logo, hard reset show error, Download mode enter but Unknown device again. i think need replace usb ic, if any one know where i got it? thanks. Now flashing again as shown file description 87C00000

just try to help and the file was backuped via
emmc base full flash image file processing plugin

I have one in my shop. Problem was that hard rest does not work and restart bay it self.

For repair I remove write protection of user data with riff EMMC ISP and flash with odin
