Hi!

I Need a schematic where i can find the emmc or does anyone know what part number it has?

If I have replaced the emmc what files do I Need to reflash the new one with 4.2.2?

Best idea is schematic
But emmc is left side of cpu
In some pcb it's by samsung with KLMAGxxxx id also in some other pcb eMMC is from SanDisk
Yes after replace you must repair phone with same version of phone or use latest bòot file from dump or stock fw
