Hi thanks, tried that but it didn't work, that number is written on the Radiopass leaflet we've got with the car, but it doesn't seem to work following the instructions in the manual.
At a loss really what to do now!

Make sure the Serial Number quoted is the one stamped in the radio casing as any numbers found in the car`s paperwork are often incorrect
