Qashqai Battery Changed

Hi, please can you help. The battery in my 12 reg Qashqai gave up the other day and so I've had a new one put in, but this means that the Connect radio needs the code (which the dealer neglected to give me when I bought the car). Really appreciate any help. The details are:

Serial: CM0076 C 9562189
Bosch Part no: 7 612 830 076
Nissan Part No: 25915BH30E
