Nissan Primastar Radio sat nav code

I recently purchased a 6 year old Primastar and changed the battery which locked my carminat radio sat nav and I do not have the code.......I am hoping someone can help me?

I pulled the head unit out which had renault stamped all over it and it had the following info:

RNNR1160011090
RENRNC400-00
FD0806500011090
8200488286T
C458 SECURITY
