Code for 6000cd in a ford galaxy.

Hi, I had some kind of a battery problem in my car, and since then my radio is asking for a code. I received from the company a code that does not work and nobody knows if the radio was replaced. I pressed 1 and 6 together (something i read off the net), and I think, from all the information on the display, I saw a number that looked like a s/n, but it starts with an F. Is that the s/n? v030219 is what I got.
