I spoke to the dealer and the code they also provided didn't work so I'm a little bit stuck

I'll try the two codes you provided me shortly (waiting for a 60min pin lock to finish)

I know this is too old, but may help someone else. If you are testing the radio on Bench it may not accept the code, it needs to be connected to the car itself, some radio has this option not sure if this one has it
