Actually just found PHAPCFV9057630 etched on the metal case. Also meant to say I have already entered one incorrect code, one time. The radio displays Code Err. Thanks.

Leave the radio SWITCHED ON ...UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to automatically reset This can take as long as an hour or even longer
