Renault Clio radio code needed please

Good afternoon,

Just wondering if anyone could help me.

I've just changed the alternator on my sister's renault clio and had to disconnect the battery, when i've connected everything back up the radio is asking for a code (which my sister doesn't have).

In summary the battery is keeping its charge but there's no in-car entertainment and the world is going to end lol!
