Vdo cdr 500 unlock code required

hi, I bought a 2nd hand zafira and while doing work on it I seem to have reset the radio, the pass card code supplied with it is no correct.
any help would be greatly apprieciated.

i have just put my standard stereo back in after losing the faceplate on my aftermarket JVC, the only code i can find on the unit is GM050021335251

Sorry....will only be available from the Main Dealer or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service to obtain this code

It will not be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet
