Lost code for Vauxhall radio/cd CDR500

Can anybody help, I have lost the code card for my stereo and the battery has gone flat and the stereo reads SAFE.
the model is a CDR500(E) and the serial number is GMO50031757589
Please any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Sorry....will only be available from the Main Dealer or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service to obtain this code

It will not be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet
