Hi I have a 51plate focus black with a cd6000 in, only problem is I have a dodgy alternator and have to charge my battery every couple of days, my serial number is M032922, be great to hear the proper radio again

thanks for that masterskay62, must be wrong serial number. that code didnt work. its locked now for 30 minutes. i pressed 6 and 1 and got a number 507020000. not sure if that is right

Try 6 & 2 will display this number. It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321
Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing
