Blaupunkt Frankfurt RCM82 without Keycard

Hi guys.
I bought a Frankfurt RCM82 in very good condition.
It was sold as defetive, untested and without a keycard.
I already had the same device, ugly but working.
I changed the control panel and found out it had the same problem then mine:
Missing lines in the display. With this spare part i tried some things and
found a way to repair this.
Now i'm searching for the way to learn it a new keycard (i have the second one of my
first device lying arround).
I know i'll need a "Mastercode".
The numbers on it are: BP1440P6236284 and 7641440510

Can somebody tell me the code and the way to unlock?

Thanks for the fast key.
Do you ( or who ever ) know how to pair it with a new FIRST card?
I can only find the way to add a second card when you have the first card.
At the moment it shows only ---- in the display and i can press what i want nothing happens.
(btw it has only numbers 123456, seem to have to use the up/down left/right rocker to give it in)

Found it!
New card in, hold "1" and "FM" keys and switch power on.
0000 appears. Type key with the buttons 1-4.
( 3613 means 111 222222 3 444)
Then press the >> (Right) button on the rocker.
The Radio appears and the card works.
