Hyundai Getz radio

Hi all, my daughter's 2005 Hyundai Getz has been written off and we have taken the radio out to sell rather than let the breakers have it! Unfortunately, despite the car being in the family since brand new, we have lost the code. I see that last year it was said that you cannot get the code form the serial number but, just in case, the serial number is VDDC 0142026448 and there are other numbers too namely CG 000438026448 and 907921631979.

If anyone can possibly help here, it would be really appreciated.

Sorry....will only be available from the Main Dealer or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service to obtain this code

It will not be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet

Don't throw it yet. You have quoted three numbers. The serial number is on the big sticker with the barcode. Add 1212 to the last four digits and the result is your barcode. I understand this applies to most Hyundai radios since 2002, and I fixed mine just this afternoon. My 2008 Getz had a flat battery. The hardest bit is getting the radio out but yoiu have already done that!
