    2004 Cadillac CTS - change battery and dashboard stays off -no gauges working

    2004 Cadillac CTS - battery went dead after 8 year and i change battery , went to fire the car back up and nothing is working on my dashboard.Car runs fine,no blown fuses,but nothing on dash board.Imaging your self driving a car and it shows that your RPM and you speed and ext is 0.There is something causing battery to go dead in the mater of couple days if i live the car parked at home.
    Took it to a guy who had a special computer hookup and nothing....
    ANY IDEA WHAT I SHOULD CHECK FOR
