BMW business cd 43 radio code

Well.... just got a new car and it has a nice radio. That is untill i had to change the battery and the radio asked for a code. I have a code with the radio but not the correct one it seems.

After 3 times entering i had to wait one hour and the code just doesn't work.

Anyone here that can help me?
