Skoda Audience radio - dealer only?

My Skoda currently has an Audience CD/radio (which I don't have a code for having bought the car used). Does anyone know if that is one that has to be decoded at the dealer? Or could someone on here help me if I give the serial number?

Sorry....will only be available from the Main Dealer or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service to obtain this code

It will not be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet
