CDR2005 Code Vauxhall Corsa

Hi, I'm after a code for my vauxhall corsa car radio. I got it from a car breakers and although they said it was unlocked, it wasn't. And Vauxhall won't help.
All the details I can see are;

No, 24 441 224
type, CDR 2005(E)
VDO 330886636 (this number is not so clear to read)
GM020521492866 (which is the one I think I'd need)

Sorry....will only be available from the Main Dealer or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service to obtain this code

It will not be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet
