unlock code renault laguna 02 please

heya,
i just got a renault laguna and I need to unlock the radio. The dealer put in the wrong code into the radio. i tried to reset the radio but error is coming up anyone know any tricks on resetig the radio back to 0000?
(i tried what is in the radio manual but its not reseting it)
