Hi. The radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code
It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321
Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number
Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

    Wrong Serial Number quoted
Using the wrong code entry instructions
or the radio has been recoded to a completely different number.

If the first 2 above are OK then you will have to take your radio into a Radio Decoding Service so that they can connect a laptop to read the working code inside the radio's memory chip (EEPROM)
    Hi RegWorts, all,

thanks for your answers, I think I have to try the BP support, otherwise ...
Do you know if anyone have experience with a BP DX-R5 (52) together with the bluetooth/usb-adapter ? (7607545500001) SW:8B27
Everything works fine exept the forward / backward function of the USB based music titels.
1 to 9 is ok, the next step is 16 then 23 then 35 the 58 then next CD if present at the USB device.
Between 1 to 9 forward and backward is OK from 16 up is always step forward.

    Any ideas ?

    Thanks and kind regards

    Hi Sowi,

as far as I am aware it was not delivered by Ford, it should be an aftermarket radio.

Thanks for your efforts, absolut appreciated !

    Kind regards

    Yes it is, BP030344316477

Is it possible that someone changed the mainboard ?, is there a chance to get the serial number by pressing some key´s ?

    Thanks and kind regards
