i downloaded a code calculator and entered DC461 and i got a code of 1959 but the code didnt seem to work

got a v reg renault clio, battery went flat couple of weeks back and reset my radio but i cant seem to type any numbers in but if anyone can help me here are all the numbers on my radio

Sorry.......this is insufficient information

The radio has to be removed from the dashboard

Then quote the 14 character SERIAL NUMBER beginning with
RN* * * * * * * * * * * * found stamped in the metal casing.

Also quote the SECURITY NUMBER. This is found on a label on the metal casing in the format TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode

If in doubt post ALL the letters+numbers on any labels or barcodes

This radio not in the dashboard. I am reading the label on the side of the stereo which also has the bar code on it. The numbers on the label match the numbers stamped into the casing, which is right above the label.

There is one other large label on top, which shows the schematics of the wiring to connect it and one small label in the back with 4 numbers. They are not the code numbers though.

You will need to remove the radio from the dash panel. All the letters+numbers on any of the labels,bar codes or a stamp in a metal enclosure
