Sorry, this is driving me MAD...can someone help?

I've got an Audio 10 unit Becker Q09 BE3100 unit, serial 12894584 - 3100EG012894584. I've searched and found the code of 33514. However, it's only got numbers 1-4 on the front, and the centre button on the right side doesn't twist so the code can't be right? Surely the code has to be between 1 and four...? None of the other buttons, as far as I can see, allow code input. I've tried to keep my finger on 1 etc etc but nothing. Grrr!

Can someone confirm or advise on this code or give some advice on how to actually enter it if it's right before I pull what little hair I have left out?! :ack2:

I received a 5 digit code from Mercedes customer support which didn't work (the unit asks for 4 digits). I used a Becker retrieve app that provided a 4 digit code that did not work. Can anyone here get me the code?
