Evening guys, a fuse gone in my megane and I don't have the code, can anyone help please?

Hi everyone I really home someone can help me ( can you rep on this forum, I'm new to this) long story short but AA were called out to fix a window, they disconnect the battery ( dot know why?) and the radio has even reset. I have 2 codes, 7255 and 8228 and both son seem to work, they were found in the manual!? It's really frustrating!

I have been to halfords today to get some radio keys to access the serial number etc.

Pleas see below the relevant details I'm hoping someone can make use of : );

Tried that there didnt seem to work unfortunately,
When I entered it in and held the button on the underside of the steering radio console the screen just flashed ''CODE''
I presume the previous owner must have blocked it Thank you all the same. If there are any other ideas I would be greatful!
