Also quote the SECURITY NUMBER. This is found on a label on the metal casing in the format TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode

If in doubt post ALL the letters+numbers on any labels or barcodes

To reset from ERROR7 leave the radio SWITCHED ON..UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to automatically reset itself...This can take an hour or longer

Since I got this car a month ago I havent been able to get a code for the radio out of the dealer.
The following numbers are on the radio

Its a philips.
22RC200/35
029018
FD1102289323828
PHF 9323828
PHACFF 29323828
963921921928002

Code shows 7 error when I switch the radio on.

Any help gratefully received.

I'm terribly sorry, it was hard to distinguish 3 from 9 in the metal case. It's 3 after all... PH701FN9021934

It is the correct code for the S/N quoted
