Okay,but when i leave it turned on while i'm driving,it turns off after an about 20 minutes-if i'm not touching it...And then,when i turn it on again it still says-WAIT!

If your car is switching the radio off automatically after 20 minutes then it will have to be removed from the dashboard and connected to a spare battery on your bench and left switched on (undisturbed) until it has reset itself

I have tried to unlock it with wrong keys,and it has locked permanentliy..It just says-WAIT?!What should i do?!I have read that it has to work for 3 hours,to give mi a second chance to write the code...

1...Post the 14 character Serial Number beginning BPxxxxxxxxxxxx found stamped in the metal casing.

To reset from WAIT , leave it SWITCHED ON..UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to automatically reset itself.

This can take an hour or even longer

Your radio is made by CLARION and the only CLARION code that can be calculated (using a serial number ) anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with C 7000000 + + + + on a separate label somewhere on the metal casing.
(Note ...not beginning with CL.)

If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM) inside your radio.
