If a Citroen then the correct answer should be 1897

              still need a code

              tried
              0885
              1855
              1897

none work - any ideas anybody ?

the code goes up to 1999 only, not 2855 as somebody suggested.

I do not have time to check 2000 codes though so please help its my work van and no radio at breaktime is deathly .................!!!!

                  thetigershull,

Thanks for your patience, but , the code only goes up to 1999

if you hold the 1 button, nothing happens, it is either "1" or nothing i.e less than 1000 .

so the code MUST be less than 1999 or the radio is going in the recycling !

                  I am a qualified electrician, so please don't think i'm a himbo !

Please help somebody Ham sandwiches in total silence not good....................

can you not press number (1) twice, number (2) 8 times, number (3) 5 times number (4) 5 times?

If not double check your serial number - BP1760W9130814

                    What make is your van???

Nope ! the "0" does not display, it is either "1" or nothing i.e a 3 digit number

The radio comes on with any code but beeps every 3 seconds or so, then turns itself off after 2minutes or something like that ..........does this help or should I visit the scrappy ....................

Does ask for a code once it goes off?

It does not sound to me like it needs a code if its coming ON without any code entry. Could be faulty.
