i got the code from a grundig wkc 5300; the serial is GR1030Y0282421; i bougt this radio with a car, two days ago; the man, from which i bought the car told me, the code woud be 5444; i tried it, but it didīt function. he was not quite sure, whether the code is really 5444 or 5666 or similar; but he said, it would be a number beginig with 5, followed from 3 equal numbers. can anybody help me?

GR0961T0114515 code has been checked again and is definitely 2951.

This usually means the radio will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service so that they can connect a laptop to read the working code inside the radio`s memory chip (EEPROM)

Sorry for double post. 7846 didn't work, thanks anyway guys! I guess I'll have to go to the dealer.

Make sure GR0971V6468083 is the correct Serial Number found stamped in the radio metal casing
