I recently helped a work colleague change her Ka battery and now the radio needs the code and she doesn't have a clue what it is or where to find it. If anyone could help I would appreciate it massively. She thinks I've broken her car :-/

Ford V Serial codes are not available for free from anywhere on the Internet as access is required to the Ford factory database( via a Ford Dealer)...which is not commercially available as software.
