Ford6000cd lock15!!

Hi!
my unit is FORD 6000CD from Mondeo ,like in atas..
Display ...enter code----15 and "----" fllashes!this seams to can introduce code,but i cant introduce any code!
i work in sevice gsm and my client sed that radio was buy like sh with this.."15" on display.
My question is : it is solution for reset this ST cpu? can i decode it?
It is strange ,because serial number is with.."M"!! and no problem with code..how that display ..15?? it is extra secret code from 13 to 15??for this 2 atempts?
