Blaupunkt Code And Unlock

Sorry to make my first post here a cap in hand begging affair, but could anyone sort me an unlock code for my car?

It's a 1996 Renault Clio 1.8 16v fitted with a factory fit Blaupunkt head unit, after whipping said head unit out I found the following on the sticky labels:

Not sure which codes are required from the above, but if someone could look into a code for me that'd be great, many thanks!

just went outside, and its O MY GOD freezing! I'll report back in 12 hours if the code worked, its to cold to sit in the car for 5 mins waiting on the ERR CODE turning off!
