HELP!...needed to unlock radio code for my Renault Traffic van 2002

Please can someone help with unlocking a radio on a renault LL29 DCi 100 (Traffic) van. The car is a 2002 plate.

The code buttons on the radio go from 1 to 6 (there is no number 7 or beyond). Hope someone can help out.

Switch Radio On - Display Shows
" CODE " Then " 0000 "
Press preset " 1 " repeatedly for 1st Digit
Press preset " 2 " repeatedly for 2nd Digit
Press preset " 3 " repeatedly for 3rd Digit
Press preset " 4 " repeatedly for 4th Digit
If the correct code number is now shown
Press and hold preset " 6 " To Enter
