Need Code Renault!

I need the radio code for my Laguna. I called a dealer and they gave me the code but it was not correct, then I have gone to other Renault dealer personaly, with the VIN, and they gave me the same code: 4877.
I donīt know if the radio was changed. I have followed the instructions in the radio book but the code 4877 doesnīt work. I donīt know if can be other problem. I have just changed the battery.
