Code Entry as Follows:

Switch Radio On - Display Shows
" CODE - - - - "
Press preset " 1 " repeatedly for 1st Digit
Press preset " 2 " repeatedly for 2nd Digit
Press preset " 3 " repeatedly for 3rd Digit
Press preset " 4 " repeatedly for 4th Digit
If the correct code number is now shown
Press RH Tuning Button " > " to Enter

If it is fitted into a BMW then it will have to be electronically linked to your car`s electronics

As already stated, this is a job for the Main Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service

It happens with all of BMW E46 radio or only few of them?
Should i buy another?

You are going to have to make your own decisions as we do not have exact details for all the radios.

Take your radio into a Decoding Service and they will get your radio working in your car.
